A newly refurbished two bedroom end of terrace house in the perfect location for exploring the Cornwall’s Stunning North Coast. Equally located between 3 of Cornwalls most popular, child friendly surfing beaches Porthtowan, Portreath and Trevaunance Cove, and one mile from the town of Redruth. Tehidy Park is also only a short drive away. Spend your days surfing, hiking or swimming at one of the many local beaches and the evenings reconnecting with loved ones in this family-friendly home.
You enter the property into the living area with seating for six people. Beyond this is the dining area with large dining table for six guests. From the dinig room is the conservatory & garden, also off the dining area is a small but fully equipped kitchen with elcectric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom which comprises a large corner bath with shower over, basin and WC. (please note there is no bathroom upstairs).
Upstairs are two good size bedrooms with double beds. Included in your stay are freshly pressed quality linen and soft white towels.
The garden is a lovely place to relax at the end of the day, a real sun trap. There is also plenty of space to leave boards and bikes over night.
There is a dedicated parking space directly beside the property to the right, or additional parking opposite the property or on street parking available a little further down the street.
You have private access to the whole property.
We aim to help as much as possible, do not hesitate to call, message or text at anytime (if it’s late at night we may be sleeping) but we will be up bright and early to deal with any issues, or simply tell you where to go for breakfast 🙂
North Country is conveniently located for all the amenities of Redruth not limited to supermarkets, barbers, opticians and a great cinema! There are also many good bars, pubs and restaurents.
