On street parking is available on a first come first served basis on St James street and surrounding streets.There is no allocated parking with the property The long stay car park “St Erbyns’s a is 5-10 minutes walk also several short stay carparks close by which are free out of hours 5pm-9am

We aim to help as much as possible, do not hesitate to call, message or text at anytime (if it’s late at night we may be 💤 sleeping) but we will be up bright and early to deal with any issues, or simply tell you where to go for breakfast 🙂

Centrally located in the heart of Penzance, less than 10 minutes walk from Penzance train and bus station, 2 minutes walk from St. Erbyn’s Long stay car park TR18 2RG parking is charged at £8 for 24 hours weekly cost £39.20. Free parking daily from 4pm-9am. There are also multiple short stay car parks surrounding the area.
